Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum value quantity of 15 units
  • Minimum quantity order of 3/style/colour
  • Ethically produced with intention in Bali
  • Shipping calculated after checkout - separate invoice to follow. Ships from Bali. Please budget 10% of order total for shipping fee. Import tax and duty is sole responsibility of purchaser and is paid directly to carrier. Refer to your country's import rules for more details
  • Delivery time varies depending on collection and time of year. Please calendar between 4-12 weeks for delivery

  • Minimum order value $2500

Null and Void Orders
Orders placed that do not meet the minimum order requirement will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. By continuing to payment screen, you agree to the terms as stated herein.

Net Terms
Payment plans are made available to established clients. Please inquire with the showroom for more details on how to set up this feature with your account.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your qualifying order, we allow a 24 hour grace period. Cancellations made after 24 hours but prior to 72 hours after order is placed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations after 72 hours will not be accepted and are deemed FINAL SALE.

Exchange
All the designers we align with pour their hearts into ensuring every single piece they produce is representative of the immense care that went into crafting it. However, mistakes can happen.

Please thoroughly inspect your order in its entirety within 7 days of receiving. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item in your order, Galaxy offers full exchange, at no cost to you if reported within the 7 day window.
